THE AGENTIC STUDIO CONNECTED DATA / PURPOSEFUL ACTION

AGENTIC AI / DESIGN · BUILD · OPERATE

From information
to work done.

AI that can find the facts, choose the next step and use approved tools to move a task forward.

We design and build agentic systems around real business processes. Connected to your data. Clear about their limits. Ready to hand decisions back to your team.

MORE THAN A CHAT WINDOW

A conversation can answer.
An agent can move work forward.

An agent can choose its next step, retrieve information and use approved tools towards an agreed goal. That might mean preparing a job, investigating a data exception or drafting a sourced briefing. When the steps are predictable, a simpler fixed workflow may be the better solution. We help you choose.

01 / CONTEXT

Give it the right information.

Connect suitable documents, records and systems, with access scoped to the task.

02 / CAPABILITY

Give it useful tools.

Search, compare, calculate and prepare work through supported APIs and agreed integrations.

03 / CONTROL

Keep the decision boundary.

Define what it can do, what needs approval and when it must stop or ask for help.

FOLLOW THE DECISION

See the handover.
Keep the control.

Step through a fictional customer-service task. The agent prepares the work; the team owns the decision.

Interactive illustration only. These buttons change the diagram; they do not approve or send anything.

READ ACCESS / APPROVED SOURCES

Bring the facts together.

Look up the fictional order status and service policy. Keep both source references with the task.

WHAT WE CAN BUILD WITH YOU

One useful workflow.
A system you can own.

DISCOVER & DESIGN

Choose a worthwhile problem.

Map the work, the data, the risks and the decisions. Agree a bounded first use case and what success would look like.

PROTOTYPE & CONNECT

Make the workflow tangible.

Build a focused prototype, connect approved sources and tools, and test it against representative tasks and failure cases.

DEPLOY & IMPROVE

Prepare it for real operations.

Put permissions, evaluation, monitoring and handover in place. Agree hosting, ownership, support and ongoing improvement.

Built around your environment, including Azure where appropriate. Integration depends on supported APIs, access and the agreed scope. A prototype is a learning step; production readiness is assessed separately.

WATCH THE WORK BECOME USEFUL

Four ways an agent
could help your team.

Follow the task, the checks and the customer benefit.

Enable autoplay with sound once—we remember your choice across the site—then scroll: the film in view plays with narration and the others pause. You can also play each film manually, use captions or read the transcript. Each scenario uses fictional information and illustrates a possible system, rather than a deployed customer result.

OPERATIONS

Less chasing. Better prepared work.

Bring information from several systems into a prepared task, with approval before a customer commitment.

POSSIBLE CUSTOMER BENEFIT

Team stays in control.

RESEARCH

A briefing you can interrogate.

Assemble a draft from approved sources, preserve references and keep unanswered questions visible.

POSSIBLE CUSTOMER BENEFIT

More time for judgement.

DATA QUALITY

Turn exceptions into a queue of decisions.

Investigate conflicting records, propose the next step and retain the evidence for review.

POSSIBLE CUSTOMER BENEFIT

Cleaner reporting inputs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The facts behind a useful reply.

Prepare a consistent response using order details and policy, with a person reviewing before sending.

POSSIBLE CUSTOMER BENEFIT

Human judgement retained.

BUILT TO BE REVIEWED

Useful autonomy.
Explicit boundaries.

Access by task

Use scoped identities and the minimum permissions required. Keep private data within the agreed handling and retention rules.

Approval before impact

Identify consequential actions such as sending, changing records or spending. Require approval where the workflow calls for it.

Evidence and evaluation

Test grounded answers, tool choices, missing facts and malicious instructions. Keep a trace of sources and actions for review.

Limits and recovery

Set time, cost and step limits. Plan for unavailable tools, duplicate requests, human escalation and a safe way to stop.

These controls need to be designed, configured and tested for each system. They are part of the delivery scope, rather than a promise that AI will always get it right.

START WITH A WORKFLOW, NOT A PLATFORM

Show us the task
your team keeps repeating.

Tell us what starts the work, where the information lives and which decisions need a person. We can scope a discovery, identify a sensible first pilot and agree the evidence needed to move forward.

A useful first conversation

  1. Which task takes too much manual coordination?
  2. Which sources and tools would it need?
  3. What could go wrong, and who approves?
  4. How would we measure a better outcome?

Please describe the process first. We will agree secure access before you share confidential data.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Often the aim is to connect existing tools. We assess available APIs, permissions and data quality before recommending an approach.

Can the agent take actions without approval?

Only within an explicitly agreed scope. Some low-impact steps may be automated; other actions need a person. We map those boundaries before a pilot.

How do we know it is helping?

Agree a baseline and test set first. Measure task completion, quality, review effort, exceptions and cost. Compare the evidence before expanding access or scope.

Are these films demonstrations of a live product?

No. They are narrated illustrations of potential workflows using fictional information. Your system would be scoped, built and evaluated against your own requirements.
